I dunno. I hear you, and I may have something different and valuable to give. Most people don’t experience life this way, it seems. I have psychotic affections that I imagine are from low b12, zinc, copper, and glutathione processing. Suffered for a long time, hell, suffering now. Practiced until my fingers bled with every modality I could get my hands on. Any and all walks of life. This includes what we’ve worked on in All for Love over the years. Surrendering to simplicity, allowing what is to exist as itself, and yet- I do my best, and despite that, my moments of relief are very few. It’s a marathon that won’t stop, regardless of surrender or effort. I’ve tried hundreds of different things to try and help it- treating it like my spouse or life partner in diligent constant care. I am a caretaker I have come to hate. Even with as close as I get to the apex of my ability to do things, that doesn’t make the suffering any less physically or energetically agonizing. I have had to keep choosing life. To be vulnerable, I’ve tried to end my life in low moments where I couldn’t take it anymore. I say these things as someone who has been around for a lot of your programs for years now. Angel Academies, video calls, books. I’ve grown to expect I will die this way, and the child inside doesn’t dance as like he once did- despite my efforts. I wish source cared enough, because I am lost in the narrative that it finds value in my genuinely horrific agony- or I wouldn’t be suffering this way. If it’s All for Love, love has become my monster.

I've recently learned how important your relationship with your body really is. It wants to be included and feel heard.

Ok Awareness of sexual abuse, as female in this incarnation, and as male in another time line. This is the most painful healing I have experienced in this lifetime. And I have over 50 years of healing practice with awareness of the quantum effects more recently. And, daily, I can feel the abuse that I buried in my body. Now releasing this energy in accepting that to survive, I did not complete these emotions. So healing the 3 lower chakras -> in allowing them to reveal what is needed. And, for me, Love is always the answer -> the frequency of Love, not the concepts.

Thank you, Matt!! I spent a great deal of my life trying to “look fit” over being healthy (choosing protein powder over organic fruits and veggies, lifting weights without stretching, etc). Since my awakening 6 years ago, my body will actually tell me what it needs and I listen to it. The body acts like One’s filter over awareness. It’s our antenna for extra-sensory perception. It’s a key component in the singularity that is the mind-body-spirit complex. LOVE to ALL💜😇🙏

I think that so many people do this…Particularly, Men who are trying to mask their pain with masculine toughness….Not to generalize about men…but, men don’t embrace their pain, fully (at least in being shown to others)…I would love to see the entire spiritual community embracing their pain and the emotions that surface with it….not just the feminine/women souls. We should all embrace our pain, without trying to wear the “too proud” mask.

You don't need to talk about it if you embody it. Just be present with people. Don't try to control everything. Be receptive and open. That's all that is needed. Some people get a hold of spirituality and make it all about themselves. If we are One, then what is the difference in anybody? Everybody is God and maybe they don't know, but you do. So honor that in them and honor where they are at.
